Why is it special? The crisp freshness of lemon in Mythocia Agrumato Lemon is made possible by our signature crushing process. Whole lemons are crushed together with Koroneiki olives in the traditional cold extraction process to release the essential oils of the LEMON. The two ingredients are crushed simultaneously in our state-of-the-art olive oil mill.
