What is PGI Olympia? PGI stands for “Protected Geographic Indication.” It means that the olives which produce this extra virgin olive oil are all grown in a specific region, Ancient Olympia. They mature from mid November to the mid of January. Also, both the warm and stable climate combined with the exceptional soil in our area are responsible for Mythocia’s Olympia PGI EVOO’S exceptional taste.
Packaging
The dark glass bottle of 750 ml, 500 ml, 250 ml , 100 ml or 50 ml, is used to maximize shelf life stability and it is ideal as it prevents light penetration.
