Mythocia Chef’s Edition EVOO takes its name from Ancient Greek mythology, where olive oil was prized as the greatest wonder food ever given to mankind. Like our ancestors of ancient times, Greeks today still recognize EVOO as the most important part of the Mediterranean diet.
All olives are harvested from strictly selected groves, processed the same day in our olive press, and packaged in our packaging department. The harvest lasts from the middle of November until January. Because we control the entire process from tree to tin, we can guarantee the premium quality, flavor, and aromas inside this 5 liter product.
