The BIOL guide promotes and describes the best organic extra virgin olive oils in the world, which have been awarded the EXTRAGOLD MEDAL during the International Olive Oil Contest BIOL PRIZE 2016 that took place in Italy.

All olive oils taking part in Biol Prize contest are subjected to a careful chemical and organoleptic evaluation. The EXTRAGOLD MEDAL were awarded to all olive oils considered by the BIOL International Jury of excellent quality and that have received by BIOL juries a score equal or higher than 75/100.

This recognition means a lot to us because our olive oil has been chosen among more than 400 participants and validated by the judgement of a panel made up of 31 panel chiefs and experts of olive oil at international level.

Above all, we attribute this result to the work and passion of people who have helped make this product exceptional and of high quality.
